I actually really like this one! Yeah emperor is cruel and crazy to kill innocent ppl, but I really like how he treats MC. The mc is in constant danger and emperor wants to keep him safe and for himself too. The emperor is actually quite nice to someone who is not from that world, doesnt know anything, and only its existence has value. He could have cutted his legs and etc. But he didnt. Thats is literally enough for me and I like toxic pairs. Besides whats there for mc in real world? He literally doesnt have family and if he returned he would die in freezing cold. Edit: Mc is stupid and ignorant to the point i cant take it. First, why wont you at least give hope to the dragon who did not even ever tortured and raped you like seion did?!??! And why would you again trust in priests who gave you trauma to the point of defending one of them. That is sick. Mc is really annoying.
