Great, relatively realistic (which is rare when this kind of themes are envolved). The title fits the story very well.
Story starts with MC having 4 boyfriends, only one of which knows about the others (so he's cheating on 3 of them). MC belives the one bf who knows is completely okay with it, later discovers he is indeed jealous but wants to stay with him regardless, so he makes the sacrifice and hides his suffering from him behind a reasuring smile.
As expected, they end up together. MC does properly break up with the other boyfriends and shows remorse for unknowingly making him suffer all this time. It is also revealed later some deeper reasons for his dating behaviour.
The drama is moreless predictable and with some troupes, but not badly writen and the emotinal parts are heart-felt. Perhaps one flaw would be the too happy-forever ending, but it isn't hyper-idealized, so it feels like new-relationship optimism and it fits the story.
Quite dark sudden info dump at the end, but not out of place, just unexpected. Perhaps a little quick, but it pertains to things already mostly left in the past, as much as it helped shape the present, so it merely feels as though MC isn't still too hung up on those memories.
