Honestly I can't really name a good aspect of this manga except perhaps for the characters being good-looking, which isn't exactly a redeaming feature. The wolf and fox elements were completely irrelevant, I'm not even sure I can say they were trully present. What differences were there between humans, foxes and wolfs? They didn't have animal charcateristics, they didn't transform, the only thing present was the ability of smell, which made wolfes and foxes be able to identify others. It was all only to add the "but we're a fox and a wolf" forbidden romance element, and to add to a rivalry. The desire to perpetuate the species and the instinct to mate were supposed to be important, but no-one really cared about it. I thought perhaps foxes could bear children regardless of gender, but that doesn't seem to be the case, which mean the foxes (who were picking up men) weren't "mating" for perpetuating the species, they were just hooking up. There were some hints of worldbuilding around tha wolf/fox thing, but there was none, so it just feels like a name to slap on top of the characters/story to make it seem more interesting than it is. The romance aspect was tremendously devoid of any actual romance, at the very least from the MC's side. He started out with some terrible interactions with the wolf, and then they barely interacted at all, and now he's in love with him. ಠ_ಠ Tf?? At the very least you could slap some "ohhhh instinct" on top of it, and then it'd be just terribly lazy, but this way you're left wondering why or how the fuck did the 'love' even happen. The characters had interesting backgrounds/family drama, and there was a lot of potencial there for exploring. However, absolutely nothing came out of it. There were many many threads that lead nowhere, so many things that didn't have a conclusion or any type of closure. The MC and his best friend almost managed to have a proper, realistic and well-done closure for their relationship, but then it's like it was fogotten in the middle and never brought up again. The family life of both the main characters also didn't have any meaningful conclusion, and we're left wondering how things are with them. The (actual) father of the MC? Are they still in touch? We didn't even get to meet the wolf's grandfather, and the (adoptive) brother of the MC was a complete plot device devoid of any depth. It seemed like there was going to be a second couple story, but once again it was just left there like a forgotten umbrella. Lead nowhere, didn't have anything but a strong suggestion and then being left incomplete. Of course, this is already completely ignoring Mister alpha wolf's imense flaws as a person, and how almost certainly anyone seriously dating him would be quite miserable in a month or two. He seems to completely lack either emotional intelligence, the ability to proprely communicate or any basic empathy, which is even more apparent with his reaction (especially words) to the painful and heavy situations the person he loves ends up in. He feels like a spoiled baby who wants everyone to bend over backwards to fill his pride, regardless of how much suffering may be caused by this. Trying to force and emotionally manipulate the MC to tell him about nearly being raped, by his best friend and only chilhood friend, RIGHT AFTER it happened, while already knowing everything about it, because "don't you think it's rude to ask someone for help without telling them anything", even when abundantly clear that the MC wasn't ready to talk about it and had already told him he didn't want to talk about it at that moment, is just the absolute worse. I went in with very low expectations, and still somehow felt the story let me down. The whole manga felt deeply unfulfilling, and it felt like there wasn't proper planning or the mangaka lost themselves while making this.
