makoto has this psychological disorder (?) that makes him want to see blood (tbh idk how to feel. On one chapter, makoto asks mai about this which she answered that it was fine but "that person" should only stick to killing bugs(perfect answer coz if she said "stop" its like telling a depressed person to stop being sad))
There are other people who knows of makotos nature, one is the grandfather of mai who still loves makoto and another is makotos mom (whom makoto frames as a domestic abuser coz she knows and tries to help him by hindering him)
