anyways plot is about a handsome apartment complex guard who was stalked by a big group of shitty high schoolers so he was weary of everyone but he was a passive victim x differently traumatized tenant who fell in love at first sight but was awkward and clumsy especially bc he's a sex toys company co-ceo. the guard's little brother was protective but they both saw that the tenant was a genuinely good guy and bonded over time and the kid and the tenant teamed up to discover who the stalker was and over time other tenants and friends helped it all unravel
ends on a good note with implied relationship but not even a kiss is shown??? plus what was the thing that traumatized the gay tenant so badly he felt too anxious to leave the apartment complex for LITERAL YEARS
