Good day to go crazy

Complete | yusa | 2000 released

I'm honestly so infatuated with this manhwa. Everything is to perfection, they left no detail untold (because I hate when the author almost forgets like a major part of the plot) and the artstyle is beautiful to say the least. Everything is just amazing. It doesn't fail to make me bawl a river- the plot is so complex and different. I love everyone in this manhwa, especially Sangae Such an awesome friend honestly, we need someone like that. She's so accepting of Esau and Hosoo's relationship and kept it quiet, waiting for Hosoo to tell them himself, and that's a good friend. She really cares about Hosoo, that's why she disagreed to Hosoo going back to Esau's side... I like Esau cus he's a bit twisted- it makes me question if he really likes Hosoo or if he DOES like him but wants to corner him so he can't run away again. But damn, its getting a bit twisted idk if he's going a bit insane at this point. And Hosoo... poor child has to go through so much- being used and being looked down upon. He acted like his family was happy and accepted him eventhough he is adopted, but it's not like that at all (atleast just the mom). The sister is accepting and she genuinely cares about him like a brother, idk about the dad but from the conversation he and the mom had when they found out he was gay, he didn't make as much a deal about it... FREAKING DONGHYUN WTF you didn't want Esau to be with Hosoo, but go asking him for help because you can't do shit on your own. You separate them then force them to be together again; sure, you probably also did it because Woojoo told you that Esau is in trouble, but really? He has no knack for doing anything by himself. And to the mothers of both the protagonists: Fuck you both. You don't deserve to call yourselves mothers when you treat your children like trash. Both blinded by money and have the audacity to ask them for money. Especially Hosoo's mom. We know Esau's mom is fucked up, but Hosoo's mom!! I HATED when she said "oh your boyfriend is famous, ask him to give me money for your sister's school fees" like wtf. AND HER SAYING THAT THE MONEY THAT HE SENT THEM BEFORE WAS PETTY CHANGE, LIKE WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK. LIKE HAVE YOU NO CONSCIENCE!? FFS

This manhua gave me so much anxiety, like Killing Stalking and Obey Me. It's so messed up but keeps you so on edge that you just can't put it down. I finished it in a day or so. In the end, nobody was happy. Everyone that was involved within Yule's plan lives in regret and trauma, especially Kyung Soo. It says so much about life, you'll meet someone that you think is the one for you but that person could secretly be a rapist or domestic abuser, you'll never know until it's too late. And what's saddest is, Kyung Soo loved him so much and was willing to give Yule chances, but he blew it by doing shitty things even after the rape situation. He's fucked... who plans a gang rape on their significant other because they loved them so much? We'll never know. Is it bad that I can't seem to hate Yule even after him being a clear psychopath with sociopathic tendencies? Geon... tho his acts were inexcusable, he later has good intentions. He ends up loving Kyung Soo, though I wouldn't expect him to be the very affectionate type, but he did try to help Kyung Soo break free. But he did all of that to get back at Yule. Ii-yeol, though has good intentions towards Yule, she was ready to force Kyung Soo to suffer under Yule so that he would be happy, that's the sign of a good sister but bad person. I'm perplexed about her. Dong Hyuk you poor soul, you were dragged into it unknowingly. You were Kyung Soo's saving grace. I hope this bean gets the happiness he deserves. He endured so much unnecessary drama just because he wanted to be with the one he loved. I can't with this manhua. I cried so hard....

At the End of the Road

Complete | Haribo | 2016 released

I LOVE THIS SO MUCH I CAN'T FATHOM THE WORDS TO SHOW HOW MUCH I LOVED THIS MANHUA. The plot, the characters, the mind fuckery AHHHHHH. I loved it all. Yoon Taemin/ Han Siwon is SUCH a good protagonist that I love him, he's so stubborn and arrogant but cares for people around him. A harsh softie if I dare say. Min Woojin's story was so intense and interesting- for his life with Taemin to be taken away and replaced by the life of Min Siwoon, as he takes his place in life, JUST SO HE COULD PROTECT TAEMIN OMG. Then he finds out Taemin died. Oml I can't- I loved it. AND HOON HAHAHA such a baby a literal diamond in the rough, a character that doesn't get enough recognition honestly a smol bean under the facade of a ruffian ASDFGHJKL LOVE HIMMMMMM

10 years where I loved you the most

Complete | Choda | 2000 released

Fuck this was so hard to read. I couldn't go on for 10 minutes without cRyInG my eyes out. It started off with such a hard hitting start. To find your lover lying to you about being on a business trip just so they can flirt and have sex with his side hoes, while you suffered on your own. Illness or not. Then he had the audacity to abuse and rape Zhishu just because HE fucked up and is insecure. How do you think Zhishu felt... this is an abusive relationship no matter how you see it. Yes you loved eachother, but it's not worth it if you're going to get hurt. And that's what domestic abuse victims need to know. Now Zhishu is even scared to be happy because he thinks he'll ruin Ai Ziyu's life like he *did* with Jiang Wenxu.... fuck I've reread it again and it still doesn't disappoint. I'm still broken. Jiang Wenxu singlehandedly ruined multiple people's lives with his selfishness and arrogance. He developed a gall when he received the company that He ZhiShu's father had, now he thinks he can do anything he wants cus he has money now... He ruined the life of a guy freshly out of uni. He didn't even know any better, he just knew he loved Jiang Wenxu. And he was tossed aside, after he gave away his everything to be with Wenxu. It didn't seem like he loved Zhishu only until the very end, because he felt guilty that it ended that way. He was more preoccupied that Zhishu was seeing someone behind his back, while HES the one sleeping around with anyone he sees. To the point that he's basically infamous for it... Really goes to show that cheaters are scared of being cheated on- I guess it's a pride thing? Like "I can leave you whenever. But who are you to leave me?". And it's like that saying that men sometimes say... That men can cheat all they want and still love their lover, because it's simply for physical pleasure, but their heart is still there. Whereas women cheat because they no longer love their lover anymore.. But that's how men justify cheating. It's so sad to see that Zhishu only got his final half a year to be appreciated by someone, yet he felt he was undeserving of it. I loved Ai Ziyu for that... he was constantly trying to reassure Zhishu that he was the only one for him. He didn't want anything in return; just that Zhishu knows how much he loves him. And that's why it's so much more heartbreaking... I love this manhua. It's so cold and lifeless. Even the little bits of warmth are so bittersweet.
