This is why I love EVA. It was ambiguous enough for us to create worlds where Kaworu and Shinji are happy. And it's still kind of canon since the timeline is infinite. This doujinshi is one of my favs, it didn't need any kisses or more than that. The emotional happiness and fulfillment is more than enough for me to be satisfied.. I cried a lot hahahah
