Tbh I can't remember the beginning of this Webtoon but I know that when I started reading, I did like it. The ending was a little disappointing but that might be just me. The art is very nice.

Finished this for the first time on May 13th 2020 with 5 stars and I'd honestly give 10 stars today (July 24th 2021) if I could. This remains one of my ultimate favorites. It's one of my top favorite art styles, everything is drawn super beautiful and pretty and the story is great as well! The plot totally makes sense, there's no questions left at the end even though a lot is happening! I love the connections made between the present and the past. The only thing we don't know is how exactly the side ship confessed but nevertheless we're able to see them being cute and in love and it's great. I wonder if the author released more about them that hasn't been put here though? I don't know.* Edit: There is a whole Webtoon with the side stories here, just search for "Biting the tiger - side story"! Talking about smut, there only really is some scenes at the end in the side stories. While reading this, I have never felt like it was missing or anything, this webtoon is just great as it is already and the side stories are a nice little extra, though sadly, censored. Talking about the plot or more, the characters, I really love all of them, which is something I rarely say. Seriously though, they all have great personalities, they're super understanding and I just love it, I wish I knew people like them irl. Usually I'd be able to tell you who my favorite characters are but I'm really not sure here. Also!! I love that the author had other people appear that theoretically speaking could've been "love rivals" but all have been nice! There surely was drama involved but it was not your typical love triangle drama or anything, which is amazing. The people are just great. Just like the Webtoon itself!

Really great. First Li Huan is cold and distant (and in the closet) but Yu Yang manages to open him up with his fun personality. I love them, I wish I had a friend like Yu Yang. I really enjoy reading this a lot. -finishes 20.05. 2020-

Previously a 4/5 but now I'd give it a solid 5/10 which translates to a 2.5/5 aka 3 stars in this case because I finished reading this in like an hour and I don't feel like I wasted my time! Personally, I'm not really into the teacher x student thing but for what it is, it wasn't that bad. About the beginning I must say that I really don't like the way it started between them? Idk, that just wasn't it to me but if we forget about their start, generally speaking, the smut throughout this manga is pretty nice and their relationship does have something to it. Not a lot, but something. The student was coming to conclusions way too fast and especially the first 30ish chapters that and his jealousy were pretty annoying. Speaking of the teacher though, he seems like a genuinely nice guy if we ignore that he has a problem considering their age gap and that we are not sure what age the student is. Plus he seems constantly horny but oh well. Can't change that. I know this all doesn't sound too positive but even though there wasn't a lot of active romance between them I think their relationship and interactions were pretty adorable which was nice. The story definitely has some potential that could've been used better but overall it wasn't tooo bland. Just a little.

It was interesting, I liked it

I planned on giving this a second chance and so I did 2 years later... I've finished reading this entire Webtoon in less than 15 hours, which might not have been my best decision. Anyways. Overall, a 6.5/10. I still think that the Hyesung is rather annoying. His character did not have as much of a character development as I would've liked, Dojin also does not have the most charming character. I must admit that I do like both side stories and pairings more than the main one. The plot itself was fine. It did all make sense eventually and I don't think there's any big plot holes, it only felt a little rushed at times. What I do not like so much is that I feel like there's not much... reasoning as to why they all love each other? I mean it's not like everybody needs a reason to love another but in this case, I would've enjoyed hearing a bit more about those feelings. Speaking of the characters, I must say that I liked the last pairing the most, suprisingly. While reading, I really thought that I'd never forgive Chowon but he is the character that seemed to go through the best and most real character development, which I really appreciate. I also like that Kyungsoo did not simply forgive him but he seriously considered and asked him about what he did in the past and rejected him at first. Now I haven't talked much about Dojun and Heesoo too much but generally speaking, I liked them, though also here, I would've preferred a little more deep talks about feelings and such. The thing I enjoyed the most about this Webtoon was definitely the portrayal of Betas ! All Omegaverse always seem to be about Alphas and Omegas only so seeing 2 Betas involved and their inner struggle about this "unnatural" relationship was super nice! My first comment (from May 1st 2019): This annoyed me so much to be honest. I did not continue reading after chapter 12; I gave it a chance but it is really not my cup of tea. The Omega is really oof.

A 5/5, I just found this after finishing Biting the Tiger and just like the main story, I love this. There's literally nothing bad to say, the art was beautiful in every aspect, the side stories all made sense plot wise and were just super nice to read. They're all so cute but hot as well, it's amazing. And this is actually my first time reading the vampire x incubus concept, very interesting.

Originally finished this in June 2020, giving it a 4/5. It's now August 2021. Now it's complicated because I'd give these individual ratings. 1-11 Mockingbird: A 2/5 or worse. I'm saying a 1.5/5 12-22 Midnight Job: Is better but also not more than a 2.5. Chapter 16 was a good one. 23- 34: Like a tidal wave: Is pretty nice, the ending felt rushed but I feel like in the original there might've been chapters in between that were left out here? Ill read the story by itself right after I finish this so I'll come back then (Hi I'm back and disappointed, there was nothing new. Sooo I'm going to change the rating (in brackets). I wish they would've included more of their feelings and a confession and stuff..). I'd say a good 8/10 (now a 7/10? 6.5/10? I'm not sure), it wasn't the most beautiful art and I'm ignoring the ending while rating this (not anymore) bc the ending would surely bring it down but overall I really liked the plot. Its actually also the only one I still remembered before rereading. 35-43: Like a tidal wave side stories: I liked these. Unfortunately I didn't read them in one go which makes it hard to rate again but I can't remember anything big that I disliked sooo let's just casually give this another 8/10. In some ways it surely had plot holes but as this isn't the main story but individual side stories it makes sense. Was cute but also hot (Chapter 36 and 39 were nice). So overall 1.5/5 2.5/5 4/5 (or a 3.5/5) 4/5 That makes it... 12/20... 6/10.. 3/5 (there's no difference in the math with such a small change I think) Hope that maths made sense. Best chapters smut wise: 16, 39
