Ch 8 Akihiko, orphaned as a child, grew up feeling unneeded. One night after getting fired from work a man pushes him out of the way just as a huge set of construction pipes were falling from above. The man survives even with a pipe pierced through his body and turns out to be a vampire. Feeling grateful toward the man, Akihiko begins going over to his apartment to cook and clean for him. As they grow to know more about one another a relationship develops.
