I love the way the author draws their hands reaching for their lover's face, or body. I love the confidence of Natsume-san. He is a power bottom and I guess this is my first time reading a bottom so confident like that in a manga. I am grateful.

On or Off

Complete | A1 | 2000 released

How can I put this? Well... First of all, the art is absolutely amazing. My favorites manhwas/mangas etc are the ones that can tell me just how much intense is what they're feeling only by their expressions. This manhwa is one of that unique and rare works that can provide it. The development is amazing. Ahn Yiyoung is kind of clumsy and precipitous, but he is funny, and resembles my personality in some way... my bad luck in bed, my easy heart and those things. Kang, at first, seems to be that arrogant guy, irresponsible for each other's feelings, but he's gentle, actually. I fell for him, me and Yiyoung together. I felt too much reading this, I thought I was going to die because I wanted to scream but I couldn't. It's amazing, I'm looking forward for this second season.

Dark Heaven

Complete | Juns | 2016 released

Wow, incredible, I would buy the book. This was very HEAVY, I think I can describe it like this. It talks about so many necessary (as in we NEED to talk about these matters) and different things: racism, homophobia, xenophobia, hypocrisy, and Oh Lord, how much hypocrisy. I consumed 83 chapters full of critical content, and I am so grateful for that. This is so far from the others yaoi webtoons. This is not some foolish story that shows a petty plot and development. This is so big and I truly felt how the author gave her all to this. I was so surprised to read that this was her first comic, really. I would do some college article about this and Stigma. Stigma was heavy but the focus there was xenophobia and racism with asians, such as rape. This masterpiece here doesn't have a focus, it really shows how humanity is so dirty, corrupt and hypocritical in every aspect; music industry, church, media (and omg I was so disgusted by it), police, government... the rise of nazism and how people's actions make it grow bigger and bigger. It's so complete and complex, even though women's matter is not so represented here, and I know that Juns explained herself. Wow, really. About Conor, what an amazing character. I love him so much. How authentic and realistic this story and their characters are. Conor is incredible and so beautiful... his design is amazing. I must say that Simon is not my favorite character, and he scares me sometimes. But the actual interesting and accurate thing about this story is that Juns shows us that we're talking about humans. Humans. That explains everything. Thank you for not killing Simon, thank you for the happy ending and to show us that justice is not ideal and perfect as we'd like to be, but sometimes, it works. Thank you for showing us love and to tell us that it is possible and it can be beautiful and lasting. Thank you for talking with us with so much intelligence and criticism. This is so big. It's not perfect, and even this suits the story so much. Oh, and before I say goodbye, lemme say something about the sex scenes. Holy shit. They're sudden and so hot, so fierce and... sexy. It's different and REAL. Thank you for not creating stereotyped characters, who ARE SWITCH (I LOVED THIS). I love themmmmmm. I love this.
