Totally skimmed because I didn't need to read it really lol. But omg it was so heartbreaking when the uke past and when they redeclared their love for each other in their next life. Still kind of annoyed that this still follows the typical webtoon rencounter trope

OMG I LOVE THEM SO MUCH YET ANOTHER BEAUTIFULLY WRITTEN NUANCED STORY. I find it really cool that the mangaka seems very burst in American history. Not just in terms of historical events like prohibition and the depression. But even just the struggles of racism against immigrants and the depths of desperation. It's so compelling.

Not as good as her other stuff but still good. I think the developments of the MC's is decently paced and genuine. But I'm a little confused about this conflict with the childhood friend. He's never shown in the story which is odd. Stoic serious black haired seme is hot

Ughhhhh this was so frustrating. The historical aspect of the story was interesting but IDK I feel like the author thought that this was smarter and More nuanced than it actually was. The story tries to make it seem like the ml is complicated and egotistical but IDK He's pretty simple. the mc is needy and pathetic and the ml is so full of shit and irritating. Maybe that's why they belong together LOL. The ml the finally chasing the mc was a bit satisfying but not enough. Honestly I don't I don't understand why people say this is a masterpiece. It still has the same manhwa tropes. I didn't find a particularly engaging. Still I was semi interested and I do like the epilogue, which I usually think is pointless in a manhwa bl. H scenes could also get pretty hot I would maybe reread again just just for the ending. Bj Alex. Vibes but honestly this story is actually worse I liked the whole distrust thing, especially with MCs trauma but I don't think the story delved into that enough. Or at least in a thoughtful way.

Hot and interesting start but tbh the ML deserved it given that he was a fucking dick from the get-go
