ni-ka-CHUUUUUUUUUU's manga / #Abusive Relationship(4)

Realistic portrayal of an abusive relationship. My issue is that this manga wants to deliver a heavy story and has all the elements that could make it one but theres something missing that doesn't allow me to have a personal connection with the characters. Similar issue I had with "Renai-rubi" (though its story is better in my opinion). Might be an issue with mangaka but her later stories have less of this issue.

Was originally a 4 but... Really liked this manga because of its refreshing take on being gay and abusive relationships... Until chapter 11. The seme's view on the abuse of that woman is such a double standard and really rubbed me the wrong way. Ugh the fact that he had no pity on her and commented on her on constantly giving mixed signals is just.. Definitely kinda really ruined the seme and the overall sincerity of the manga.

1) twisted shit that I'm into 2) it was ehhh... adored the uke but the seme looks like a creep (first time a teacher x student yaoi seemed kinda creepy) 3) lawlz that little fucker. Talk about plot twist.

I hope the ex's dick actually did get cut off and he had a long and painful death :) But honestly, I don't think I have enough words to explain how much I loved this manga. The uke is absolutely precious. It completely destroyed me when he actually believed he wasn't good enough to have anything better than an abusive relationship. It's great that he ultimately gains some self worth and actually stands up for himself. Yeah it was rushed a bit, but the ending was very satisfying. And while I loved this story as is, I'm thrilled to learn that there are still more chapters!
