Volume 3 In a relationship, Kakami must convince Shingo to move in with him, but Shingo is one stubborn pussy cat. But Kakami is very good with persuasion.

Volume 4 - chp 7 Shingo and Kakami are living together and life is pretty sweet, but its a manga so. Kakamis snob of a brother shows up and trys split them apart.
