Includes cut-throat inheritance/power struggles oAo; (like, killing off royal family members in background) have read ch33 ; Christian and Ray (who Chris knows now is Levenoad) leave and head to Strahss.

tragedy tag for some of the stories told (actually, most all the stories end in death oAO); royal bard; slow burn; lots of death (well, crusade wars and stuff, and jealousy and revenge and... yup!) author's a bit political, but w/e; well done (not perfect) just a lil' bit too many sad tales for me even if the main story ends happily ^^;

for Hidden Empire translation see Mangadex (to ch17 atm); has crappy trans here even if more chapters (maybe one day official English release?)

misunderstandings and assumptions abound amusingly xD rejects-all-kow-towing teasing emperor x cowardly oblivious cleaning eunuch (who cannot read the emperor's love language) cute, sweet, happy ending :3 Stars: 4

Some gore, jeez o.O; for the sketchy style the, uh, privy parts are quite detailed xD;;; and bear seme *cough* the author's note explains the chara creation perfectly xD Stars: 4 (ends on a lighter/more romantic note, but throughout is a little rough)

tongue in cheek "plot" xD lil' bondage, hand-wavy dubcon, marathon smut xD;;; 7 chapters total

some violence (I mean, swords, missing limbs, but not, like, super detailed), our uke definitely has some issues (but in a sad, romantic way), puppy seme, angst but happy ending
