Moonlight Garden (Kang Unnie)
I love Sekyung but I hated those “twins” like Hyewon had character development but she still treated Sekyung like shit in the beginning. At first, I wished Yoosun would date Sekyung instead because she treated her better but I hate her actions. I know she had a shitty childhood but still, I hate her. This story was alright. I liked it but also it kinda gave me a headache. The character I always liked throughout the story was Sekyung. I’m glad she had her happy ending because geez did you have to forgive Yoosun so easily? I am biased though. Oct. 21, 2021 11:37pm
Sweetie, Sweetie, Sweetie
Mar 25 2024 - Ah I love a story between Jumin Han and Mr. Krabs
Hero VS. Villain
Feb 9 2023 00:38 - Jun 11 2024 02:34 Interesting and funny, I like it but I’m scared how it will go so I hope it ends soon so I can marathon it lol Cheesy and cringy but I love the dynamics. That twist was slightly crazy I should’ve caught on earlier but yeah it was good. I just wish so many people didn’t have to die also like why do they care more about their love than their dying family and friends its like they gave up so quickly on them but never love
King's Maker
Wow this was a beautiful story and the art is just amazing. I haven’t read this in a long time or well I just didn’t read season 2 but I missed this series a lot. Its really nostalgic to read again! I can’t believe it’s gone on for so long. (comment for s1 + NSFW)
King's Maker Triple Crown: Mature Version
Jan 8 2025 Note: I didn’t fully read TC s3; it doesn’t exist I’m pretty disappointed. The second season had a strong start, focusing on the struggles of the coup’s aftermath and the couple’s weird relationship. However, I was really frustrated at Shin’s sacrificial personality but I mean he was always like that but I was about to be frustrated with the love triangle angle. The blue rose confession was really cute and I’m glad Soohyuk realized what he wanted at some point, but I’m still disappointed with the direction of the series. I mean I thought it might be cool if they had a kid, but I don’t even really like the kid or anything. She’s a boring character It does a disservice to the very first season. The reason King’s Maker stood out so much was BECAUSE it was a BL with the action, character interaction and relevance, and conflicts, like the power struggle. Romance is cool here and there but in this BL, there’s not a lot of romantic moments in the first place. When there is, it’s unsettling that the power difference is so prevalent when it’s clear that Wolfgang wants Soohyuk as an equal partner but Soohyuk doesn’t see it like that. My favorite part of Triple Crown was when Wolfgang and… his gang went to get help for Soohyuk and also when he reunited with his friends from when he was struggling in the streets. Despite the goal for this series to be about Soohyuk, it ended up facing away a little. Maybe it’s because he avoids his feelings and his tactics are effective when u understand later, but it made him more of a boring character. Another reason the og season was so great too was that Wolfgang and Soohyuk actually worked TOGETHER. This secrecy shit that Soohyuk does to protect Wolfgang was so frustrating. Also, it’s frustrating that the writers made the daughter try to get her dads to marry each other. It shows that their relationship is still unstable and immature in a way. Shin clearly doesn’t wanna get married considering he’s conservative but Wolfgang isn’t pushing it either. In a way, their relationship seemed less and less romantic and passionate if that makes sense. Also I can’t believe they made random characters that weren’t even interesting, a focus in season 3 like no idgaf about the new generation.
