RAPUNZEL IS DEATHLY AFRAID OF WHAT HE BECAME AND SHE LIVED IN THE TOWER HER WHOLE LIFE SO THIS IS INSANELY TERRIFYING TO HER. HE STILL LOVES HER. SHE LOVES HIM BUT IS ALSO TERRIFIED OF HIM. DOOMED STRAIGHTS?? LEFT OFF CH 8 LEFT OFF CH 20.. Mikel and Rapunzel get away after traveking thru the forest and meet a strange young woman outside the skirts of the other village, the village of medicine and etc. The young woman is defensive against them bc if Mikel being a cursed and he looks absolutely terrifying rn cuz his limbs are ripped off only hanging by the vine threads in his body. Rapunzel begs for her help. The young woman is reluctant. Then Mikel begs for the young woman to help rapunzel and leave him behind bc he knows rapunzel will never receive help with him around. This convinces the woman to help them. She takes mikel and hides him in an abandoned farm. Rapunzel promises to mikel she will return. The woman takes her to the village secretly and tends to her. Rapunzel recovers, but the woman looks at her in a confused way. the woman asks rapunzel if she’s ever had a sister. To which rapunzel says no. the woman says that rapunzel reminds her A LOT of her younger sister. Hmmm. The woman tells her that her sister was a kindhearted beautiful soul, and everyone loved her. but then she met…..a man… a cursed. That was when she changed. and was never the same. her sister’s soul corrupted. the woman low key implores rapunzel to leave mikel, for the sake of her mind and soul. Meanwhile, alone in the barn, mikel thinks of rapunzel and hopes she is ok. Suddenly, a random man enters the barn. Even tho Mikel tries to hide under his blanket, the man reveals him. Mikel tries to kick him, but the man is too fast. The man is surprised to see mikel, “another cursed, just like me”. mikel is shocked and surprised to meet someone just like him. The man tells him he’s not going to hurt mikel. he explains that he is also the same, and he lives for his partner. he asks mikel’s story and what his plans are. mikel says he wants to recover and go somewhere far away with his love. the man understands, since he used to feel the same. but nowadays, he instead strives to make a better world for his beloved. to fight for her and make sure she will always be protected. mikel calls him strong. the man simply says its a matter of strong will. and as long as mikel stays devoted to protecting his loved, then he will also develop a strong will. The man then leaves. As the woman takes care of rapunzel, a week passes and we hear ppl panicking. The woman tells rapunzel to stay inside. The woman goes outside and sees the king’s court and lackies terrorizing the village and TAKING PEOPLE’S FEET. WEIRD. The woman, angry, approaches the leader commanding the knights. She demands why they are at the village if they had an agreement the village would be left alone. The man claims that plans have changed and the king and his partner require immediate expansion and more feet :I wtf. We are given the impression that the king’s partner is her sister. Then some lord’s son ig comes out and demands the terrorizing to stop. they do and implore the lord’s son to not interfere next time and only the young woman’s safety is guaranteed and yea. Idk what that subplot is but the woman calls him a coward bc he stayed put until she spoke to them first. Anyways the before they leave the boss of the group tells one of the knights to stay back and keep an eye on the woman bc he smelled something interesting on her. After they leave, the son implores the young woman to leave the village. She says no bc she’s the one who told people that this village is safe and ppl come to the village for aid and safety. she cant abandon them. we see this son seems to have a little crush on her lol they make a cute couple ig but she is very headstrong and doesnt like his cowardice. Unfortunately, we see the knight spots rapunzel inside the house. Afterwards, all the knights come to take rapunzel away. the young woman’s tries to save rapunzel by telling the lord’s son to take her, but one of the knights shoots an arrow at her leg. Rapunzel now in pain, the knights are able to take her away. Leaving her bloody shoe. The young woman’s quickly takes the bloody shoe to Mikel. She’s basically like “dont freak out but… they took rapunzel” to which mikel DOES GET ANGRY and is like YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME! WE GOTTA SAVE HER. And he starts crashing out when the young woman is like “Yea i agree which is why i brought this…” and reveals the bloody shoe. Mikel’s vines start acting up and greedily gulp down rapunzel’s blood. APPARENTLY the cursed revive themselves and gain their power from the love of their partners!! This is enough to revive mikel! They both head to the castle to save rapunzel, and also bc the young women knows her sister is there as well. At the castle rapunzel comes to. She meets cinderella and her partner, the king. To which we see the king is the same man who met mikel at the barn. The king is shocked to see rapunzel. To which cinderella is like “Fascinating someone as beautiful as her was out there” hmmmm the king reveals that both him and cinderella experienced so much pain and hardship in life. they fell for each other and their shared despair keeps them strong. The king is revealed to be a cursed, just like mikel. He says that in order to transend the curse and fully become wed, they must take the foot of every person he loved in his life like his wet nurse, maid, siblings, etc..then he and cinderella can truly be together………..Ok….. and rapunzel is the ultimate sacrifice. just as they’re about to kill her, mikel shows up with the young woman! Mikel is shocked to see the man he met at the barn. The king says, what a pity to meet again under such circumstances. Then he challenges mikel to a duel, since mike is the chosen “knight guard” for rapunzel or whatever. they fight, but mikel is still too weak since that bit of rapunzel’s blood wasnt enough to fully restore him. the king then uses ALL the feet they hat to transform into a hideous centipede monster using the blood. he then attack mikel and tears his head off from the body, ripping the vines. Rapunzel absolutely DEVASTATED. She runs towards mikel and holds his head to her. she cries and cries. her tears on him. they have a mental-ish conversation and rapunzel says its all her fault for leaving the tower and not waiting patiently for him every day. mikel says its his fault since he didnt listen to his cursed aunt and went thru the forest to see rapunzel. they both chuckle as they are both problem children who dont listen. mikel realizes. his and rapunzel’s love. its different from the king’s and cinderella’s. his and rapunzels love is different from the pain and despair type of love that cinderella and the king have. its… like more pure or its real love kinda thing. This realizations causes mikel to transform into his true cursed form, while still maintaining his humanity and soul. He then powerfully kills the king centipede! conderella, shocked and angry, tries to crawl from her wheelchair to kill everyone. The young woman stops her and tells her to go back to the kind pure hearted girl she was. cinderella laughs and says kindheartedness is weakness, you dont understand why i went thru all this? the pain you and everyone caused me? MY curse? then she takes off her mask and reveals…..SHE IS RAPUNZEL!! Or rather, she has rapunzel’s exact FACE and BODY. A complete CLONE! Everyone is SHOCKED. Mikel is confused!!! No wonder the young woman was shocked when meeting rapunzel and asked her is she had any sisters! Because rapunzel and cinderella are clones! cinderella then stares at one of the knight guards, using her cursed powers. this causes him to go insane with love for her that he tries to kill her immediately!! wtf!! the other guards stop him. Cinderella repeats herself that THIS horrible curse is what led to her decisions. We then get a flashback that shows cinderella was a beautiful and kind girl. loved by many for her pure and kind soul. she lost her mother young and her father remarried to his seamstress, who had 2 other daughters. The father then left and abandoned them all. However, the step mother and sisters lovingly took the daughter in and adored her. however, bc of rapunzel’s curse, everyone tried to kill her and torture her at every turn. out of their control, they tried to poison her, kill her, saw off her feet, and make her life as miserable as possible. They were not in control of themselves and did these things bc of cinderella’s curse. In reality they loved and adored her. but cinderella’s curse caused them to attempt to kill her at every turn. One dah cinderella went into the village and met the king, who also had a missing leg. they fell in love. and the rest is history, as he swore to protect her by any means necessary. which meant also taking on the vine curse too ig. END OF CH 20
