He gives Jimmy a chance to redeem himself, but in a fit of anger Jimmy stalks him to his house, but doesn't steal anything after finding out that he was an ex cop. Jimmy starts falling in love with Reese, and vice versa, but their relationship shatters when Reese finds out he intruded into his home.

3/5 damn the feels and ending really got to me tho... really cute, i really liked the complex feelings between them; the student so desperately wants to be with him but he obv can't. i didnt really like how the kid was lowkey forcing the older guy to commit a crime but in the end he graduated and it was a cute ending <3

GAHHHH THIS WAS SO CUTE THE FEELS MAN- AND OK USUALLY I DONT REALLY LIKE STUDENT X TEACHER STUFF BUT THIS ONE WAS SO CUTE!!! They waited til he graduated and everything was consensual in the end so i'm happy this turned out to be just a sweet story <3

4.5/5 GAHHH THIS WAS BEAUTIFUL SOBS THE PLOT AND BACKSTORY ARE JUST SO SAD, COMPLEX, AND EMOTIONAL,,, To live with the guilt that you killed your lover, even if you didn't. The guilt that you could've done something but didn't, the momories keeping you awake at night. And the fact that Haru quit smoking because it reminded him of Shigure, all those nuances are so sad
