Boku no Kawaii Yopparai

Complete | KURETA Makine | 2014 released

it was average at best. kinda cringey tbh, I only actually enjoyed the middle of ch2 and that's about it.

Karasugaoka Don't be shy!!

Complete | Yuukura aki | 2018 released

cuteness overload (ಥ﹏ಥ) I know it's completed but I NEED MORE. PLEASE

Hinadori wa Shiokaze ni Madoromu

Complete | MINADUKI Yuu | 2018 released

I cried, I laughed, I felt the pain through their backstories. I haven't read such a well-paced yaoi in a LONG time (even the ones I love probably don't have such a good pace as this). all of their backstories are really heart-breaking, and their love is unique- this yaoi doesn't focus on the stereotypical love we're all used to. it has a more mature feel to it, more of wanting to be next to each other, to be supporting one another rather than a simple attraction. we can see that kind of love develop throughout the story, and Ayumu (the kid) adds a whole other level of depth that rounds out and completes the story. The portrayal of real, raw human emotions were also very well done, I thought each character had a great sense of depth to them. Really well done. on another note, I'd LOVE a spin-off with Ayumu and Kazuya when they're in middle school/ high school since they already have the whole 'childhood friends' trope and the 'tsundere uke and attached/clingy, playful (puppy-like?) seme' vibe going (´∀`)♡

Otameshi Delivery Lover

Complete | NAGO Nayuta | 2000 released

1st story- plot is very typical/ cliche but it was a better read than expected. it was light and pretty cute but too fast-paced (I guess that was expected tho) 2nd story- the uke-looking seme (didn't like that) is a spoilt brat who fucking pisses me off. what did Harada-kun do to deserve such a pain in the ass?? (literally lmao) he's way too good for that useless piece of trash

Sofure Buka!

Complete | Kakine | 2016 released

(first story, ch1-4) I loved the soft, adorable development and the whole 'can u be my body pillow' concept. it was so gentle and fluffy and funny. both characters are so so cute ch5 was unexpected and broke my heart (right after the fluffiness of the previous story!!) but there's a sequel so it's all good ("Renchin!" is the sequel) ch6-6.5 was short, sweet, and I thought the uke was precious heh I reread this one :)

Renchin!

Complete | Kakine | 2017 released

I cried from ch2 for the rest of the story. my heart was ACHING. I was beginning to doubt there would be a happy ending... I loved it. It was so heart-clenching and beautiful, and at the same time was still fluffy, gentle, and cute. Sequel/ continuation to "First Bite" (one shot featured in "Sofure Buka!")

Spotlight Lover

Complete | Kakine | 2000 released

collection of stories they all have a decent vibe to them but the stories aren't very deep or memorable. it's just sorta average. I liked the art but the characters all had kind of a random feel to them, like they were rushed. some didn't make sense. the plots also didn't make much sense, especially the last one

Manazashi No Hayagane

Complete | kakine | 2010 released

the lamp interrogations are hilarious. it was quite cute but nothing I haven't seen before. Although, it had a very realistic feel to it, which I liked (and can't say I see often). I also liked both couples; overall it was a good read

Paradise View

Complete | kojima lalako | 2013 released

Sequel to "Kimi no Parade" which I ONLY FOUND OUT AFTER FINISHING THIS STORY. I fucking bawled my eyes out, my heart was broken and I'm an emotional mess right now. the last chapter was really the final blow. but I will still reread this in the future, fully prepared to be destroyed again, because that's how beautiful this story was. It was heart-wrenchingly real, raw, emotional and had so much depth.
