So the whole story is that the omega gromes the alpha, isolates him, and make him dependent than raped the Alpha so he can force home to bond with him. And after all of that makes HIM FEEL GUILTY FOR BEING MADE AT HIM AND EVEN HIS FRIENDS AGREE! So he gives in to the guilt and realized he's dependent on the Omega now, so the Alpha submits to him in the end. It's f*cakes up and they make it seem like it's not.
