I really like when they have kids in omegaverse stories, but the fact that the seme has now low fertility feels like such a fresh Breeze because it's a happy resolution for their story. Like they obviously were afraid of many of the side effects of their bodies, and they learned to love the differences with the rest of the population, but they were still scared of many things and the fact that they don't have to worry for pregnancy now, feels like such a win for them. Really good subversion of the genre.
