couple of simple shounen-ai stories. simple plot, nothing too complicated. a couple of cute ones that could have served an additional chapter or two. one redeeming factor is for it's age, it has good art. Ch. 1: the weird, useless guy and the friend who can't help taking care of him. the odd guy wished he'd just became a dog for real so the friend can just take care of him forever. but looks like our MC didn't get it./ ch. 2: #school life. guy thought of #pranking this classmate with weird hobbies but what's even weirder is the guy is getting along with his bullshit. he then decided to make this guy his "personal remote control". tried testing his limits with some minor bullying to see how this nice gu reacts. but glasses guy knew he's just lonely, hehehe. and awww, it ended cutely! I like this one. ch. 3: #fluffy #densha (train) otaku pair. #age gap, 25 yo mysterious older man x 17 yo high schooler. boy kept on going back to this store where he always saw this idiot-looking guy who turned out to be a baby-faced 25 year old adult. hit it off because of their common interest in trains. ch. 4: this one actually has a full-on story out of all the bunch of oneshots here. and I like it too. #reencounter as scum of the society. one swindles and the other one is a pimp. they were innocent student part-timers once but things change now. in one of seme's crazy drunk habit, he brought home a human instead of an object. and it's that former co-worker of his that has changed so much. and what's with those piercings? eventually, things developed. and tbh, I don't mind that they are being realistic about their relationship. It's sad, depressing and portrays race and sexual orientation discrimination in a damatic and gritty way. There are plenty of moments where I say "yes" especially when connor threw that coffee a stranger gave him. Unlike a lot of BL mangas, this does not encourage gay fetishism that made it likeable for me but also hard to read because I can't help but identify and that for me is bad bec. it triggers a lot in me since I'm both asian and not straight. double damn, haha. Unfortunately, it's still ongoing but I don't like rereading stories like these even if it's good. Well, despite that, I still find her nice and cool albeit a little of an outlier with her bizzare attitude. The pair is living the lovey-dovey life sans living together but with the little girl's entry, lifestyle will change, including frequent cockblocks. Personally, this manga made "family manga" mean a lot more with the kid's mom and the couple's parents. There's love all around their extended family and I am happy that for once, the mother is included in the family circle. It just gives bad vibes when the women are made as plot device villains. #already lovers for three years at the start of the story.

The Kamisawa family's case is unique. because on paper, having the ability to see the red string of date and other kind of strings seems advantageous. But the ability is a double-edged sword. Kaoru could see OTHER people's thread of destiny but can never had his own in return. That is why he always kept it casual. Chapter three is rather painful. Kaoru's fears about this whole was voiced out the same time he realized his feelings. "Checking if their string is still not connected everytime they meet other people each and every day is terrifying!". He said. Smut with feels. I like it but seriously, it's hard for me. I'M TORN. Do I get turned on or grab a tissue? smutty love bet asshole seme x #cheating(in a way) uke x bartender seme. TBH I would have liked this better since it has manly couple after all but I am quite dissatisfied with how the pair resolved that decade-long unrequited love. I do however appreciate ntheir manly, manly love. The seme is quite straightforward and uke doesn't take bullshit so I still think they are a good pair #10 years unrequited love.

I am amused with the jokes that pop out every now and then. (I'm so damn shallow). Yankee love drama at its finest centered around uncensored smut. Good read.
