practically the first paperback manga i bought. still one of the best for me, the one that started my appreciation for dark and psychological titles. and it's amazing and detailed art even in it's time is irresistible.

people probably did not rate this in fullmarks bec. of rape but it is part of the twist and it makes sense in this dark revenge story. One of the best fucked-up/psychological story ever. It's painful and angsty. A masterpiece. Salaryman is slated for a promotion through arranged marriage and came back to hometown to finish an old grudge once and for all.

yakuza member (who's just killed someone) x normal friend who after all this is not so normal anymore. conclusion at chap. 6, page 31-42. ./ ch. 6: #civil servant who serves as a secretary for an aged senator and this #escort who helps him put a show for the old man. ch. 6.5: mysterious connection bet. the policeman and mitsuo's yakuza superior.
