I like how through the long chapter, their feelings for each other appears to grow and progress. As for the smut scenes, it makes you anticipate and inspires imagination. There's some sexy vampire coupling that it's hot even if there is no actual sex shown.

A young army commander who soughts promotion went into the quest of killing the "animal" that is killing a lot of humans lately in the nearby forest. #abduction *it's adorable. turns out he's a mountain spirit animal with human half-blood so he could transform into human. he may be able to communicate but he's still does not understand complicated human emotions. He's like a child in that aspect. this young noble taught him a lot of things like feelings and they started to mutually develop feelings. but human needed to return to village

page 1-50: state prosecutor x politician #reencounter #dark past. uke kept on running away from him. tbh I want it longer!!!!! something as complicated as this deserves to be at least one volume, ugh. #hate/love relationship between orphan childhood friends. one was reconciled with his family and the other got left behind. ch. 51-67 : prosecutor x politician's secretary. and the investigation continues as the imprisoned secretary is being questioned by uke's superior over and over. here, the secretary's depressing life comes to light, and about how todou got adopted. then #time jump to a happy ending. -------ɫ ⬧ ɫ-------- pg 68-end: two doctors. #hate each other eversince. it started when the sleazy one, mistaking the pretty doctor as a woman made a move on him. however, seen this weird attention turned into something weirder that he can't even get it up with women or anybody in that matter anymore. #cold uke x long-haired, cheerful/tennen genki seme

ch. 1-5: Oh i'm on my toes each chapter. wth sensei's. i'm giggling and just how many times i exclaimed "just kiss already" lol. it's so cute, the way they were pining for each other and the little misunderstandings are so sweet. there was never a dark corner. ch. 6: #letters, #unrequited love #reencounter son, it's open-ended but signals a new beginning. and WOW. This oneshot single-handedly took this volume into me marking it as 5*. It's so poignant and beautiful, despite being short

I think I come back and check/reread this every two or three years lol. It's a shame but I doubt that this will ever be picked up by the scanlators *sobs. The epic fantasy time travel adventure of the reincarnated form of a man is interesting premise plus it's very smutty. MAIN STORY IS FINISHED. (for those who want to read) But the afterthoughts chapter and omake is never coming I guess. #cursed to reincarnate and live an unhappy life for eternity, MC's nth reincarnation from the future enlisted his help to do something about the originator of the curse. Very much involved in that problem is the school delinquent who notices the uke, which turned out to be the reincarnated version of the king, his past-self's lover. Together they strive to make a solution to end this curse once and for all. #opposites in-love: #delinquent seme x moral comittee megane uke. rape: both MCs were either raped or forced to whore around so it's not for the faint of heart. (but they were never like that to each other) other than that, the story is actually good especially for those who were looking for fantasy stories. warning: FAKE SHOTA. This happened at least 2-3 years before Kizuna.〛 (*Kizuna's Ran x Kei pair will be featured in chap.6 ) Fun classic. It's so random lol. From the author of kizuna and hana to ryuu, (i've always ended back to this author's work i don't even know why but time and time and again i get this pleasant surprise that it's her work lol). Kizuma is quite popular in the 90s, it has an OVA for those who watches BL animes. @ch 6 and it's BL theme: In the end, Kodaka-sensei got contracted by a BL fanzine so after this she became a Boy's Love mangaka. So since the rest of the chaps and the tankoubon ended up published by Be-boy comics, I recognize this manga as a BL one. Too bad we won't be seeing more of her ranma-esqe stories but this manga open up a series of great yakuza yaoi stories so all is well with the world. Most memorable moment: That supposed deathmatch with potato as a weapon. I CAN'T.

Vol. 7: we finally get to meet the two's father. lol moments. i thought he'd be some stiff strong aura guy. after the previous heart-stopping action, but he actually looks like a nice old man when he's not in yakuza mode. it's vacation time for the two couples. kai x masa had a long serious talk, figuring out their feelings. AND. till the end they never get to resolve it. even the readers would shrivel up from their super slow progression. they even only reached the first base and haven't done anything since the last. I've actually watched the OVA but it was so long ago I needed a revisit of the whole story. Ended up reading the entire family of spin-offs haha.
