The problem with K-sensei is it has the potential to be a great smutty series but it lacked proper foundation. It started as a true-blue yaoi and only after then it picked up on the plot. If it's like that it should be done in one big series, not divided into separate tankoubon which insinuates separation... a conclusion then a sequel. It makes the story more disjointed. Oh well. As least it as redeemed itself in this third volume and I'll be waiting for more episode. Ch. 6: hot and smutty drunken sex. midori being careless and got drunk thorugh meeting all the writers. --------ɫ ⬧ ɫ-------- @ch. 5.5: Once again, the re-appearance of the Ai-series characters. Kinda but the emotion side is at snails pace (oh well, maybe they're dragging it for more volumes). It's gotten cuter now that midori has become dere. He's so tsuntsun before. IMO, If kaji has difficulty saying the right words, he should just write a oneshot and make midori read it LOL. DONE!} Full of giggles & butterflies in the stomach. If stoic & possessive semes are your type you will love this. If u find seme an asshole your mistaken. Read behind the cut(+) A young salaryman is crushing over this handsome man hanging out by the Cafe's window corner everyday. Thing is, he looks and acts like a flirt so he was misunderstood all the time by his lovers and it impressed deeply within bringing him insecurity. Thus the pair had a lot of misunderstanding causing pain for both. And because of that insecurity, he was not able to see how his "sleeping beauty" actually believes in him and his worth more than he could ever think. Chizuka is way better than his other similar counterparts. For real. He says "I love you" and "I'm sorry" VERBALLY. I don't think anybody can match that, not even asami could openly apologize like him. Moreever, he ASSURES the insecure uke more often than not. Also I find it cute that he looses his cool for uke. BTW cute ending. ^_^ and you will see better things at the succeeding volumes.

(edit) UPDATED Synopsis: Continuing the everyday ups and downs of the unlikely relationship of a rich and capable noble with an ordinary japanese salesman. However, their still-new relationship gets tested once more with namihira's new and mysterious co-worker who seems to be put for revenge? In this volume, I like Chizuka a lot. He verbally says I love you, he trusts and assures the uke, shows that it's never about the money, he does everything for the takashi with his blunt and stoic demeanor. I mean... What more can you ask for a cool type seme? He's leagues better than his other counterparts (K-sensei anyone?) So grateful that this series is finally being worked on, almost lost hope.

Updated Synopsis: So the infamous ryo from last volume finally showed up and not just him. Ex-lovers galore. See how the couple fight for what they had against all odds. It's love. What got me interested in this story is first, it's pretty rare for an uke to be able to defend himself against rape. I felt admiration to uke for being able to do that. (I mean, this is a yaoi manga and most uke would have just cried till seme conveniently saves the day, right?) Second, the "sleeping princess" is the seme. Princess, lol. Third, seme is a frigid person but became so sweet in his own stoic way... Like no semes with the simiar type as him could do.

Despite this series being like a sappy soap opera and such, I still love reading it because we see the couple doing their best to work out their relationship and THERE IS COMMUNICATION HAPPENING!
