Both parents, laced with existential dread and dubious regrets, took their stress out on their children. Jooin, whom was comforted by their mother, felt responsible for his brother who doesn't receive any ounce of affection from their parents. He protected him and shielded him from the club that his father always used to hit them. Jooyul, being stuck in the past and having zero to no experience in experiencing genuine love, felt uneasy. Even with knowing the truth, he couldn't move on from his father's actions, mistaking the warmth he felt from his brother as romantic love. Jooin, who found solace in Mookya's arms which embraced his everything after that peculiar encounter at the coffee shop, got involved with his lover's internal affairs with his backstory and personal family problems. Without knowing that his "best friend," was swallowed with greed and a false sense of justice, was taken advantage for his useful yet unreliable ability. However, all of that was rendered unimportant by Mookya. Mookya protected Jooin and used his connections to find and save Jooin from his so called best friend. Beyond the dust from the collision of their worlds, Jooin discussed the sensitive topic of their childhood. Both came to the conclusion of agreeing to begin treating the festering wound their father's club inflicted. Reconciled, Jooyul went abroad to settle his emotions and become true to his self.
