I don't know.... this kind of bored me. I know that, when I started reading this, I thought that it was amazingly good. But time went by, I forgot about the story and got bored.... Still this is pretty good, from what I remember.

Chile I've been waiting for those sex scenes and when I get them it's not consentual.... is it that hard to write a yaoi withoit rape or rape-ish scenes ? Those sex scenes were awesome but the uke just lived his first time while DRUNK...... Thinking it was a DREAM....... How horrible must it feel when you wake up, totally naked next to your crush in a hotel room, your ass hurting asf...... The author most likely has noticed how most of the fandom absolutly hates Yahwi even tho he's the endgame and now they have to find a solution, which will obv be turning Cain into an horrible person. I hate this so much. UPDATE This actually cannot be serious. Like a few years back before this story went on break I had NO hope whatsoever because of the childhood friends and first love trope, but then this season started like 3 whole years later and Jooin’s relationship with Cain was like a fucking MIRACLE to me. The way he made Yahwi shut up in the last chapter was fucking insane and I was SO proud, because usually in those kind of stories it’s "first come, first served". One of the MLs can be one of the worst people on earth, an utter piece of shit, the biggest scum the world will ever know; if he was introduced first (bonus if he has black hair, bonus childhood trope), he’s the fucking endgame. I couldn’t stand this shit anymore. All the drama was unnecessary but the author made us HATE Yahwi not only through his behavior but through the comparison with how Cain acts with Jooin, with how sweet he is, with how much he showers him with love, they’re literally complete opposites. THEY GAVE ME HOPE WITH THOSE LAST FEW CHAPTERS. All that for WHAT ? For the childhood trope to get brung up again and be Yahwi’s way out of facing consequences? I am actually so glad I’m reading this shit illegally because if Jooin doesn’t end up with Cain then this is, and I actually mean it, one of the worst stories I’ve ever read. Being such a bad author should be forbidden. Never fucking pick up a pen again

'my beloved north star' the naming went with the plot so well! absolutely loved that. both of the characters were so charming. i loved how well yuri handled kei (considering the fact he basically harassed him in the first chapter) and his personality and his personal problem. both of them have dynamic personality and they suit each other so well!!! that was such a nice read! and with top-notch art! it's good to see how some of these authors are capable to catch our heart with such wholesome story and simple plot among the massive amount of stories coming out in current time. totally lifted my mood ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶ thanks a lot. Still, the assault kinda bothered me. We don't like sexual assault in this house. The author made me kinda forget abt it, but assault is still assault.

Well, it ended in the "good" way I guess... Can't take lf the dact that they're COUSINS, STUDENT AND TEACHER anx finally HAVE A HUGE AGE GAP. Like all of those are so disturbing. This manga was good in a way, but really horrible foe people with common sense. People such as me. So it's a bug no-no.

The uke gets raped, sexually assaulted, and is pretty much seen as an object. His opinion doesn't matter and he got fucked while someone else was watching. Typical yaoi. Disgusting.

CHILE WHERE'S THE BUTTSEX Jk jk, but srsly they were cute as hell the ending felt a bit rushed doe, idk, I was excepting a bit more. It happened pretty suddenly and we didn't get anything more. Still, simple but cute. I have no regrets other than I would've really liked seeing them being lovey dovey in bed .

Honestly at this point I don't even care about the story anymore. . . . . The FL's got NO BRAIN. Like. Literally. I was frustrated during the whole chapters cuz she wouldn't speak her mind. The boy toy isn't even *that* dangerous of an antagonist. She's the empress. She has the Emperor's trust and (unacknowledged) love. There's NOTHING stopping her from kicking him out. He has no goddamn power. The only reason he's still in the palace is cuz she wants him to. Other than her no one wanted him in there until now. All the things which are gonna happen with Ryu Ban and the Holy Maiden could've been really, really easily avoided if she spoke lile she did for the Emperor a few chapters ago. And, honesrly, all that talk about "lies" was, for now, pretty useless. Yes, it made her kinda realize what she trully wanted all this time and (sorta?) her feelings for the emperor (and the country in some way?), but for the sake of what ? The story's (un)lacking romance.  Ok fine. This has a romance tag so obviously it's gonna need some more romance. But the moments are so wrongly choosen. How can she still go around, blush and go doki♡doki around the Emperor when she perfectly knows that there's some man who obviously means her, the Emperor or just the country generally speaking harm ? There's like, NO TIME FOR THAT. Get your priorities straight.  And Lord Jesus, Ryu Ban ? I'm so disappointed. All the characters are disappointing at this rate. The character development is non-existent, that talk abt lies apart. It hurts me to say so but the only probably really good characters are the boy toy and the Emperor. Maybe the Prime Minister too. That's all. The others characters are annoying and disappointing.  - For now I'll stay for the incredible art and fluffly scenes between the empress ans the emperor cuz damn, that shit cute. I ain't gonna hurt my own feelings by reading something which will make me cry in frustration and despair. When things will be settled I'll probably read this one more time. If it doesn't ger better then I guess I'll just drop this
