I read somewhere that Uke had commited suicide cause seme was treating him bad in their previous life and mow only the seme remembers their past life and is reflecting by trying to treat him better, but there has been no clear mention or their past lives from the beginning, just some flashbacks that the uke experiences and scenes that show how seme knows everything about uke altho they never had met previously
