i usually hate omegaverse/accidental pregnancy stories, but there were a lot of things i liked in this one. namely, the misunderstanding on both their ends + the emotions from that were both validly awful (tho mc's situation was a lot worse obvs), and i liked that when the ml found out, his immediate goal was to ensure taeyang gets his assets and that mc knows he's not trying to take her away. i also liked that they spent a lot of time making sure that taeyang was the one to choose ml as her dad (and ml tearing up when she called him dad in the final chapter was SO good and adorable), it felt like the plot wasn't just ml trying to get mc back but to do everything he cld for his partner he wronged and his daughter. it was also interesting that mc struggled with the fact that despite how hard he'd worked, there were just things he cldn't give to taeyang (a big family, a rich environment, expensive education), and how ml and his family comforted him and made sure he didn't feel powerless. NOW EVERYTHING WRONG.....every omegaverse trope (the goddamn ruts/heats being used for smut scenes where no one cld consent like gtfo), the fuckass 2nd lead that was just plot fodder, THE MISUNDERSTANDING?? HOW THE HELL DID ML ZONE OUT THAT BAD? if i was mc learning the truth i'd think he was lying bc fuck do u MEAN u tuned me out for that long while i was talking?? are u insane???? contrived ass plot device also how the fuck is ml doing his residency and just not going to the hospital like mc had to struggle to provide for his family while raising a child and ur just using ur family privilege to abandon ur job while making taeyang like u? taking the easy route? u better STRUGGLE asshole

this is one of the most egregious misunderstandings-just-to-extend-the-plot-for-no-reason manhwas i've ever seen i had to drop bc i felt like it was actively making me dumber ch23 was my last straw bc??? MC: [thinking] oh i never told ML i like him after he said he likes me, i shld do that ML: MC, u don't like me back so i'll try to get over u MC: [thinking] oh no....i should tell him...but what wld that even do...guess i'll let him leave ?? WHAT R U DOING ??? IS THE MC LOBOTOMIZED????? anyways the art's pretty but the author isn't even trying to hide how they're trying to waste ur time. anyways hope alpha trauma goes better bc i like dohyun

GIRL WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT ️️ im gonna pretend this was like a bad ending in a game and there's a proper REAL good ending bc why was the beginning and middle so good only for the end to be like almost completely worst case scenario jfngnfnnf

this stressed me tf out i can't recommend it (spoilers) i rly liked jungyeon and hyunjin's relationship and how they both knew they cared for each other but both had difficulties being the one who was more in love. i would've loved if that was explored more......if it wasn't for the POINTLESS FUCKING STEPBRO STORYLINE. seriously why was it even a thing it spent sm time building up for such a lackluster payoff and i speedread the whole thing anxious abt the main couple breaking up bc of the stepbro and tg they didn't but god DAMN. ppl feeling bad for stepbro and calling hyunjin manipulative like stepbro wasn't actively interfering with their relationship by trying to get jungyeon to pick him over hyunjin multiple times, picking up his phonecall, LIKEEEE hyunjin was perfectly in his right to be cold to stepbro and tell his secret to jungyeon bc that guy was NOT just keeping his crush to himself, bro was a menace !!! i'm so glad everyone moved on but i hate that we got more of stepbro's crush than seeing the main couple resolve their other issues

well. that was kind of shit . but one thing i loved is how euihyun ALWAYS got his licks in like good for him

god the writing's immaculate. i thought it was complete, but apparently there's more after this (and SPOILERS touji and kiyoto aren't endgame ...... like it less but since it hasn't happened here yet i elect to ignore it)

disappointing, didn't rly feel anything for any of the characters :/
