Pause) Omega is mafia boss; he originally dated rich alpha but when got preg, rich alpha drugged him to miscarry (we find out later rich alphas dad ttk omega, so he was trying in his own way to protect omega). Debtor dies and omega boss tells poor alpha to be his slave and he'll pay his debts off. Essentially forcing him, until he learns of poor alphas sad past and respect for omegas.
