The Uke is a Beta scientist who works with different types of venom. The Seme is a Beta than just join the Uke's group to research venoms too. The Beta Uke is stung by a bee? and has to go to the hospital because he was having an anaphilactic attack. It seems as the bee sting cause the Beta Uke to become an Omega. On one ocassion while having some kind of heat period the Beta Seme kinda attacked him and it looked like he is an Alpha and not a Beta by the way the seme bit his own arm while "helping" the Uke.
