Sometimes, we don't realise how hard it is to be "different" from everyone else. Being gay nowadays is more accepting but back then, people saw it as a disease or a curse. The story made me cry. Because loving someone of the same sex is so hard and painful. You go through so much prejudice and people curse you out and call you slurs. It's not fair. Calling someone a slur just because they can't choose who they love. It's a beautiful story and thank you, Nanasaki, for sharing.
