If vol 3 really is the END I cannot explain how I feel about it. The art of this story is always beautiful especially J and even M’s designs. The art was like delectable candy and yet the story was quite the opposite of what one would expect with such descriptions of the art, but the gore was just so elegantly beautiful. The actual story was wonderful regardless of all the messed up things covered because it was all a game of the mind, J set up a ball and M had to learn the tune of the song to have the right to dance with J. The ending isn’t true love happy ending like what I usually like, rather it feels like when M finally achieved dancing with and leading in the dance with J, J left the M alone in the dance floor. Alone with the song he composed, alone yearning for J to dance with. Just how J yearned for his predecessor and ended up searching for a replacement which eventually came to be M, so does it seem M will be left searching for his own undoing as J shattered into nothing and took everything with his death. I cannot express how much I enjoyed this masterpiece of a twisted story. Did M love J or Hate him, did it matter in the end J was everything to M and M could only hope to reach him only to see him break with his very own name. I think I’m satisfied with this end even though I feel like I yearn for an ending that is simply not possible knowing them, and yet even though it’s not a happy ending I think it’s the first time that I’ve been ok with that. That alone speaks volumes about how well the stupid written.
