I should reread cuz I dont rmr everything but from what I do is that there are two couples, buttler(?) x heir of the family, very fucked up, grooming and age gap. Second couple is about MC's brother who is mentally younger and has a new care taker, he always wanders around but loves MC as his brother and wants to be close to him but MC hates him bc his brother was always kept in a cage but he believes hes manipulative bc his father got obsessed with brother and abused him while in captivity/cage, and caretaker guy ends up trying to abuse him too until he wanders around in the forest, theres also the plot of MC marrying a girl, the girl doesnt know the secret yet but is in danger
