When the two meet unexpectedly, they discover each others' secrets and develop an unexpected friendship and *relationship*. - The author forgot the original plot, as did I. The plot is gone, Hori is abusive and toxic, it's turned into a generic slice of life story with no goal or end in sight. Sigh. TLDR ; was good at the start but not so much anymore.

Saiki K yaoi version, pretty much sums it up. - On a serious note, dude has psychic powers and accidentally reveals them to this other delinquent dude and they become friends. Adorable. Can't wait for more.
