Finally got to reading this cuz it was recommended on mangago for being a seke story; it was barely one let's be real here dude bottomed once and that's cuz he was raped. I get it tho, if he had to bottom again it'd probably be traumatic, and the uke(if you can call him that) thinks that too. Anyways what's to say about this story... This took me so long to read because some parts (most parts really) were just so hard to get through. All the warnings were right and I'm really so incredulous on how they were able to get past *all that* and get together and be happy. In no world could i ever forgive what akamine did and at the same time I'm still so confused why he even did that, like why was his drunken self so willing to rape someone, i thought there was gonna be an explanation for it like maybe he was heartbroken and thought he(utsumi) was his crush but like no apparently. Ig it's more realistic(?) if there's no reason cuz like why to ppl irl rape, probably for no reason either but then they're just a piece of shit. Like idkkk I'm so conflicted on this. I mean he got his revenge and all so it should be even but like ughh does it even work that way. I saw a comment on how they're confused how admiration which turned to hatred could turn to love and while reading it it seemed natural enough but in hindsight i agree like these feelings are way to complicated i don't even know how they did it. Well all in all it was definitely one of a reads of all time hellava ride note to self don't read again lol. I'm hesitant to even call it good but I'll say it's not bad ig. Objectively it's probably good literature the way it's so complicated but man is it way to much for me. .
