Wtf? Who thought this would be a good storyline?

GAVE IT 2 STARS B/C THE ARTWORK IS BEAUTIFUL! ️ The storyline, however, is morbid and friggin’ horrible, especially due to the rapey aspects! The ML was originally a victim and one could feel sorry for him, but then he essentially became the bad guy with the pervy rapist stuff!

It seems like Jian Suiying is trying to groom Li Yu, and it’s kind of disgusting ! If Li Yu’s gay then so be it, but let him decide on his own without a much older s€xual predator trying to lead him down that path! Besides, Li Yu appears quite obviously to have a crush on Jian Suilin, the younger brother… so “What the heck?”, dude! I’m not into R️PE stories, so I had to drop this one, but it was okay while it lasted! Too bad it goes from BAD TO WORSE… (Q⌒Q) Chptr 28

Seems like it could have been a good story… save for the rape! I don’t like when sexual assaults are romanticized and normalized. I’d be willing to follow the story updates if the rapey connotation was eliminated! Chptr 15

NOPE NOPE The FL was r@ped by guy sent by ML’s mother. She’s suffering from PTSD and can’t be intimate with the ML. Not a good thing and the FL’s character is too weak (understandable since she experienced a traumatic event that left her emotionally crippled). Gave two ️️ b/c the artwork is good, but otherwise not worth the read! I DROPPED IT!
