It's exasperating the amount of comments angry at Seungho for asking Muyeong to stay. Let's look at what we are told in the story. They get together sparingly during the course of five months thanks to the demands of Junseok. Every time they meet, their dates get cut short because Junseok has an emergency. What a coincidence! =_= Seungho gets assured that the trip is still going to happen so he endures and works so he can go. And behold now the poor friend with his incredible timing tries to commit suicide. Pretty rough for Muyeong since that's pretty much his only friend. But luckily for most of us, this friend is in a hospital. Surrounded by people who can assist and take care it doesn't happen. He has a family who can also go assist. So all in all he's covered. Then on the other side we have Seungho who has been patient and ready to go on a trip. He sees that Muyeong wants to go, but he's tired of being put in the last place. This friend is taken care of. Muyeong being there won't change much really. Is not like Muyeong is some awesome doctor who cures depression. So what he really asks when he tells Muyeong to stay is put me first this once. To me it was like a limit was set. It wasn't manipulative thing. It was more this is as far as I can go if you won't chose me at least this once. That's what Seungho feels. Muyeong is choosing again and again the friend instead of him. And I could understand if Junseok was alone but it is stated that he's not. The one who did piss me off (beside Junseok) was Muyeong. He comes back and he gets angry for two seconds until he sees him walk. But right now. This ruse has not involved only Muyeong. It hurt Seungho. And it was knowingly. Him not minding his friend manipulations anymore was a disservice to Seungho. Was him not setting limits to his friend. The friend was extremely manipulative and Muyeong fell for it. But he also cooperated when he didn't set limits and responded every single time when he had other people. And he didn't even stop to think how this was hurting Seungho.
