• 61 • Joo moves in next door to Doc Dan and promises to be a high-profile celebrity patient in exchange for having Doc Dan manage his rehab • 60 • Joo offers Doc Dan his old job as Joo’s PT, but Doc says no—he doesn’t want to take anymore money from Joo anymore—and walks out • 56 • Joo demands that his coach finds Doc Dan (only after Joo failed to locate himself though) • 54 • It’s been one month since Joo came home post-surgery to find Kim Dan had disappeared >>> Joo’s recovery is going slower than expected; Joo’s depressed, feeling hella self-loathing, drinking nonstop, unable to sleep/lots o’ nightmares, and missing KD (though I dunno if he’s ready to admit that to himself yet) 53 (S1 Finale) ML Joo finds out Kim Dan turned in his resignation letter and returns to his apt to see KD has packed up his things and left 52; Joo gets suspended for 90 days and preps for the shoulder surgery he’s been putting off; meanwhile, the media turns on Joo and King MMA poaches most of Joo’s gym’s fighters; BUT WHERE IS DOC DAN? 51; match ends in a tie (Joo’s first); Joo accuses Dan of being a spy for money which Dan vehemently denies 50, Joo smacks Doc Dan’s attempt at help away (“Don’t touch me!”) and chooses to get treated at the MFA Medical Center instead; match with sus/sketch rookie (Baek Junmin) from King MMA isn’t going as well as usual—rookie keeps specifically targeting Joo’s injuries 49, King MMA causes a commotion in the dressing room and uses the distraction to switch out Joo’s pain spray; his ankle turns red after he uses it, leaving Doc Dan horrified 48, the director of Baek Junmin's gym (aka, King MMA) ambushes Kim Dan on KD's way to work with a job and/or turncoat/sabotage offer in exchange for financing and supplying a rare drug that could save KD's grandma's life; KD refuses the offer, but then some anonydick texts photos of their meet to ML Joo 47, Joo gets matched with a rookie with a bad reputation from King MMA; Kim Dan’s grandma gets a fatal diagnosis and asks Dan for a favor; Kim; King MMA sends Kim Dan a text 46, Kim Dan cries and tosses his gift for Joo in the trash himself. ML Joo is being a mega dick to his teammates, per usual. Illegal underground sports gambler, who was apparently behind the doping incident, decides to target Kim Dam to get to ML Joo 45, it's his birthday and a hungover ML Joo is acting shittier than ever--a nervous MC/Kim Dan gives him his gift, which he picked up a second job just to afford, only to have Joo throw it against the wall (Time for the ML's fall?) 44, MC gets spoiled by some slightly more intimate x, but knows in his heart that reality (aka, once Mr Joo sobers up) will be different :( 43, Mr Joo/ML, who never drinks, is plastered 23, young trainee at the gym and ML’s fan is left behind while the other guys (minus MC + ML) go compete; he witnesses ML pull doc MC into a room and hears a crash 19, 10 days into cohabitation (most of which involved the MC sitting at ML's home, alone), JJ and MC x for 1st time since 1st day of cohab; small improvement--> MC got 20 min heads up to loosen hisself 18, Shitty ML bought his debt so now they live together but seme makes it clear that he still thinks of uke as an object for him to use(/abuse) at his leisure 16, $ lenders show up while dejected uke is a realizing the futility of trying to find an affordable new place, force him to transfer the rest of his money and try to rape him when seme shows 6, i said STOP IT, uke hits seme in an effort to get him to not have x w/ him in the public shower at the crowded gym 1, UFC seme w/ a temper calls his new PT [while mid-X] to make a massage house visit rn rn
