dunno about you all but i for once appreciate a bl where the plot overshadows the romance. king's maker has always been a plot-heavy story and it's obvious the story was gonna get more complicated once the wolfgang became king. i'm glad the authors kept the focus on the story instead of the romance because many stories tend to deviate from the plot and into romance/smut once the second or third season starts. there's not a lot of stories like this in the bl genre which is why i appreciate it a lot. I love wolfgang my baby he is the best and soohyuk is soooo clever but can be such a cute child sometimes. Also Sys has my heart he is so fucking gorgeous and i wish dandelion and theo were still alive. It pains my heart.

I hate this manhwa every time I reread this it makes me cry and giggle and blush and roll on my bed like I'm so single wtf . But i love it for real. i bawled my eyes out over byunghak and dongman's story it's so painful yet so beautiful even if they didn't get to have their own happy ending but knowing that they're ok, they're fine about it. this is my second time reading this manhwa and i thought their story wouldn't make me emotional again but alas, they never cease to make me cry But the ending feels unsatisfying idk man it felt rushed a little I'm glad everyone is safe and happy mainly but there's still a lot of unanswered questions. It was good but I'm definitely a little upset and we didn't even get to see King Dae-byeol . I loved all the characters sooo much though!! Even yeom-ra. I hated him but i did not want him dead. And it broke my heart. It was a beautiful manhwa. Just wish it was a bit lo ger
