Ughhhh, i would have loved this so much better if they treated the rape seriously--- like, the severity, the aftermath, the damage, but noooo we only get one panel of calling out the rape for comedic effect? I love the art and I'm a sucker for this punk aesthetic tho, so plus points for that. They're a cute couple, don't get me wrong, but for my taste it either gotta be sweet consensual sex or the rape having actual consequences instead of being glossed over... Fuck. It was cute and funny with the first CP and then suddenly it turned into disgusting, sad rape trope with the second cp ugh. I hate it when authors draw fat rapists. I'm getting tired of seeing fat rapists everywhere: porn, manga,...and it's kinda body shaming too. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧Held off reading it bc I thought it’s gonna be a typical comedy student x student trope, partly yes but f*ck— didn’t expect that f*cked up past. Also thought Irie and Tsubaki were the main couple but tf they only got 5-6 chapters? They should’ve at least gotten a part in the last volume for closure, they’re so freaking cute and hilarious together! The second couple, Gen x Yoshimune has more complicated issues, and it’s f*cking sad and disturbing what happened to Yoshimune— the author should’ve killed that f*cking piece of sh*t Iga and his disgusting accomplice! Also, wtf was that with Toda, it felt unnecessary and wasn’t executed well. I hate that it ended just like that, Yoshimune not getting any revenge on what happened to him and his video still being spread— that’s really f*cked up!
