The only thing he‘s got going for him is his pretty face and the 180 turn-around in his character and behaviour, after uke gets almost killed. Uke isn‘t used to affection and warmth, since he was always treated with abuse and rejection, wherever he went. He doesn‘t react much to sth or has to stay calm due to blackmail. Even though it‘s depicted as pretty cute and kinda fluffy after seme‘s change, the first two seasons still stick really deep.. his actions are unforgivable and it doesn‘t matter, how much of a redemption arc he gets, since he just went too far. He wanted to kill himself? He didn‘t do it. He injured his own hand? Just due to his own guilt, what does that affect uke now? Uke is full of scars and the prominent one on his hand is from seme raping him. The only plus point is seme rescuing uke, that redeemed him a lil bit, which is why this is still readable and especially since the whole romance arc finally started with uke still being distanced and seme getting rejected on an emotional level. Everything afterwards is so good: seme‘s possessiveness, jealousy and even his sulking. Wish, the author would have left some of the previous things out or depicted them differently. Their all fictional stories and rape/non-con is a common thing in toxic BL manwhas, but that was a tad too much to make seme likeable again. I‘m only staying for uke, just want to see him living a quiet and happy life.

Read: Ch.10 Non-con/later dub-con Wish, this was a longer series than just these 10 chapters. Kinda avoid Ch.1-3, seme is a total playboy full of ONS. But starting from Ch.4, it’s pretty good. Seme turns from forceful to possessive and unknowingly pays attention to what uke likes or wants, so I guess it‘s fine. Uke was abused by his adoptive parents and ran away. After being homeless for some time, he found seme‘s empty mansion, started living there and stole the food. But he got found out, when seme came back.

Read: Ch.5 Oh my lord, even though it started with that non-con/rape, this story was really beautiful to the end. It‘d be a masterpiece, if mangaka would have turned that non-con kinda into a dub-con or they wouldn‘t have gotten that far. But what a beautiful beauutiful ending, love it!

Read: Ch.56 Season 1: Ch.1-51 Season 2: Ch.52- Ohhh, this is so gorgeous.. So many psychological traumas, twists and psychopathic vibes, and it‘s depicted really well. I‘m sure that no one could have helped seme, when he was young. There was just too much mental abuse, neglect and trauma affecting his personality and actions. He needed mental help from a professional. Other than that, that bitch foster mother of uke needs to rott in hell for killing seme‘s mom in order to keep their crime all under the rug. Even though seme does so many things, one is still on his side, starting from burning down his foster family‘s house.
