Everyone's commenting how they're glad for a nice alpha, but no one is mentioning how bad the fat-phobia is... Sure, the main character "likes him for who he is," but then decides he has to change him. The alpha is only treated as desirable if he loses the weight. As a person who's married to someone who's bigger, I don't care what size my partner is, and I don't care if other people find him "unattractive". Just once I'd like to see a bigger character who doesn't have to lose the weight to be loved, and whose bigness isn't treated as a fetish. Ugh. Other than that, the story is cute so far though...
