Ch 61 She is so accepting of her slavery which makes me horribly uncomfortable. Luckily, it makes the Duke even MORE uncomfortable. As the story goes on, I think is more the trauma of her life being sold to a noble that makes her prefer living as a sub-human. ML wants her to ask him for freedom, and she wouldn't even consider that. It's not possible for her, and where would she go?

And he didn't even cheat. he's that horrible,. paused when we see his alternate identity sneak into her room to help her after his official let her get shot in the heart. also, read the novel, and ML just fcking disgusted me so much. She had to give herself open heart surgery. In the novel, she tries to escape by moving, and this bitch-ass just keeps following her and staying. She decides she'll just live with the fcker and stop fighting, but she'll never forgive him. Honestly shouldn't have after she tried to save him, broke both her legs and arms, and he left her in the dungeon ALONE, untreated without hearing her reasoning. No one came for her, she eventually put herself back together and went to tell him the evidence. FUCK HIM SO MUCH. EQUAL TO ML IN SILENT LOVER? NO WORSE!! NUMBER 1 MOST HATED ML I think it ends with her finding out her family is royalty from another country? I don't think she ever got to meet them. Not a HEA for me.
