I’m pretty sure the bother got Stockholm syndrome after getting kidnapped by the younger bro (after the ML ran away for years). but the story is surprising not dark. It doesn’t acknowledge how messed up the ending is- though we can clearly see how terrified the older bro is at being found.

This started off as just a cute, kinda silly mpreg story, but the last few chapters got REAL. I actually really like how to author hinted at future relationship problems in the beginning, let us sail into married life, and then started to deal with the reality of being married - having a possessive partner, going back to school after having a kid...I also love Jiwon the best friend.
