Helps Dohwi in the process and after retrieving 333 souls, he gains a wish to meet his King to personally escort his soul of old age (cuz resentment) but wasn’t able to cuz he isn’t the assigned messenger and so passed on to be reincarnated. 2nd life: King’s ghost pesters Dohwi about Choi Joohwan(messenger) and when he finds him as a fortune teller, replaces as his divine. But the longer he stayed, the more he became a demonic spirit. After he left, Joohwan suffered unknown illness but became a normal person, unable to see or seek spirits. After some mental torture from his past life haunting him to seek the King, he does a shaman ritual where he summons the King demon and vows his servitude to be with him as he wished. Both of them becoming wandering souls in hades They reincarnated in their 3rd lives as normal high school student classmates I’m so happy they get their happy endings even if it takes them several lives and the fact they always fall for each other every lifetime!
