ML gets jealous over the MC's bestfriend (whom the MC crushed on for over 10 years) as well as his ex, yet he never ever asks him to cut ties with them or lessen contact. Because he knows that they are precious people. • the fact that not every friendship is romanticized too. For example, the ML and the Gumiho has been friends for thousands of years and went through life and death together, but that doesn't mean the had to love each other. Their friendship was just that, friendship.
