Hakwonmul
I love how realistic this manga was. The author did a fantastic job with the plot and exploring the perspectives of quite a few characters and their one-sided loves. I feel like maybe a couple parts felt a bit rushed/ incomplete, but I think it still turned out fantastic. Also this manhwa is ridiculously hilarious and relatable. The characters are adorable. Def would recommend.
Mou Ichido, Nando Demo
Holy… Fuck… This, this right here… Is T.A.L.E.N.T. The art is BEaUtIFuL. The characters, their personalities, it’s so realistic. The story is intoxicating. Listen, listen, THIS is a 5/5. The sex scenes are the lewdest, the emotional scenes are heart stopping, the plot is fire, the couple is goals, even the comedy is on point, I just isdhbqoiajd;kakaldf ndfv This is what yaoi is meant to be.
Kare no Shousou to Koi ni Tsuite
Ugh this is way too sweet. It’s overflowing with love in every single chapter. A reread from a long time ago. The uke is a bit possessive but in the cutest way imaginable. Seme is in the later chapters too. I think after around chapter 4 or so it’s just like reading a bunch of cute extras but man the beginning is sooooo good. Also, this couple really is goals.
Tsumasaki Ni Kourozu
The artists ability to tell a story is beautiful. It almost makes me want to cry. This is SKILL. I ship those two weird nerds together so hard. If I were to ever write a manga, this artist is who I’d want to draw it. Chapter 1-3 cutest story ever about two biologists. Chapter 4 random extra of girl with crush on biologist lover no.2 Chapter 5-6 cute story about a student’s secret Chapter 7-8 story of a fox spirit and student Really want to buy an official English translation of this.
Colorful Line
BEST MANGA ART STYLE I MAY HAVE EVER SEEN WTH. I cannot express how much I wish this manga was longer, give me extras pls! Very good realistic story with relatable characters.
Tamayura (yuki Ringo)
A really heavy story of two lovers in the 20s but very romantic and well done. I loved the art and even though they had a somewhat painful love in their youth they did end up living together and growing old together. This one really touched my heart.
Asa to Mitya
Dark… but sweet?! Deserves a million stars out of 5. The art is beyond amazing, I love the way the story is told and how ridiculously romantic the main couple is. Also like how the author gave everyone happy endings. (volume two is basically a long extra, not as good as volume 1)
Mother's Spirit
This is only the second manga to ever make me happy-cry, it was only a few tears so maybe it doesn't count but nah it was so good I'm counting it :p I'm so glad THIS artist had this idea because the art is what really took this manga to the next level. 4.5 stars because it couldaaa been longer and idk... its still going on my masterpiece list <3
Koi wo Suru Tsumori wa Nakatta
5 and 5.5 warmed my heart up like a toaster. Everything in this is hellllla relatable and I really felt all the angst and love in this one. I LOVED it. It was kind of like reading some version of my own dream.
