Very dark, hope the dude can save everyone in vol.3 or at least himself, I really don't even care about the mc at this point...

Dark… but sweet?! Deserves a million stars out of 5. The art is beyond amazing, I love the way the story is told and how ridiculously romantic the main couple is. Also like how the author gave everyone happy endings. (volume two is basically a long extra, not as good as volume 1)

I don't know why I like this author honestly. I'm not fond of the art style, all her work is super morbid and sometimes depressing... Maybe it's also the psychotic, obsessive, fucked up love, that is in most of her works that draws me back. I'm obsessed with the Venus mangas and this wasn't nearly as good but I still found myself like/hating it.

Sexy Scary. Realllly good. Dark twisty suspense. I like the ending, it was along the lines i was hoping for actually. Overall great storytelling, gorgeous art and intense thrilling characters. Loved it 3.75 stars XD

3.5 stars (4?) I can't get over how much I love this art style (and how ideal it would be for yuri manga). Super dramatic dark and interesting/ angsty. Ngl i'm nearly completely desensitized to the incest trope and it wasn't heavily played up so i mean shes kinda fucked up but I didn't judge her nearly as hard as I judged him for saying his parents wanted him to date her now AT her sister's funeral... Like Holy Shit give her a minute... Honestly calm down son. Also now that I think about it... He was disgusted that his parents wanted him to marry his second cousin because they are too close in blood which causes me to wonder about his true feelings about her confession at the funeral... Anyway, even if you didn't love her sister thats still so fucked to ask her out (essentially) then. Otherwise the emotions in the story were really well flushed out and the characters you could really feel the right mood during certain scenes. Not much romance but hellla drama, this is definitely Josei. Overall I really liked this dark, kinda tragic story probably because of all the emotional twists and turns and just how well the characters were conveyed and the scenes were done. Also I appreciate the realistic aspects to the story and I do love that sorta happy ending. I couldn't have asked for more, that ending was perfectly fitting for the story. This author is truly a genius among shoujo/ josei authors and I'll have to read their other stuff now. Someone in the comments said idk if I can ship them and actually same... There would defiently need to be some more romantic developments but I don't think its necessary for the story, maybe as a spinoff, for now Im just happy they went and started their new lives together, overcoming the past.
