the cliche porno aspect makes it even better. Just the blatantness of what the intention of this manhwa is along with how warm and cozy it feels pushes this over the top. Its just beautifully done from the humor, the art, the drama and especially the story of their relationship all while not letting you forget this is supposed to be a "Doctor~! This is the second manga (nagatoro) to make me want to get bullied by a specific character. The wholesomeness attacks are almost too much. ch.63... leaving off at the double isekai

A classic pure shoujo school love type story (only it’s BL and shoujo). Loved from chapter 1. Beyond hilarious. Super heartwarming. Amazing. A masterpiece. Wish it’d go on forever. Needs an anime. 4.5
