Travelling back home from Tokyo to the countryside after getting fired and meeting his soon to be lover :3 Honestly I didn't enjoy this manga right away but after reading pass chapter 2-3 I started to like it. The story is not "woooow amazing, sugoiiii" but it was more like a "Mmmmm fluff, wholesome and slowly". Which is something that we all need from time to time. And it's actually relatable on some level. Not all love can start with just meeting eyes, because it sure takes more than that in reality. I also like the interaction that they (main couple) had with other characters in the story ... It's naturally and seem real?? IDK how to describe it but like people in real would somehow talk that way. Personally one of many reasons why it a great story is because I enjoy story that plays out in the countryside. Having seen so many setting in school and university can be plain sometimes. So it is a fresh and quite "unique" setting. "Unique" because I've seen other countryside but not many. Plus this manga is getting a live-action. (❁´◡`❁) UwU Very happy and I'll be waiting to see my lovely boys in 3D (*^_^*)

A sequel to Restart After Coming Home!; Mitsuomi came back home to the country side to restart his life after getting fired (resigned) from his job I Tokyo. In the countryside he returned to is where he met Yamato and his life begins to subtly change. In this sequel both the plot and the character's thought are deepens. As a reader I got to see things from both of the main characters perspective. Unlike in the prequel, which revolved around personal growth and family matters. Here we got to see more of the relationship between Mitsuomi and Yamato, including the sweet moments, the conflict and Overall the drama in this sequel was much more intensive (in their relationship). Character's development; Both of the main character are very likeable once you get to know them and their thought. Since it's a manga some might think that's the character will be unrealistic but this is proven to be wrong. Both Mitsuomi and Yamato are realistic is their way. Misuomi's wish to find a way to defined their relationship and Yamato who's actually struggle with his own feeling. Obviously Yamato love Mitsuomi but the fact that he was unsure due to his insecurity, lack of confidence and background, being an orphan that got adopted. Made him unsure if he could make Mitsuomi happy, but throughout the story he explore and learn more about his feeling amd finally be able to express his love for Mitsuomi with the words "I love you" and accept the simple things as fulfilment. Mitsuomi wanting to be sure that he is pictured in Yamato's future is adorable, bringing up about the partnership. I do wish and hope that same-sex couples could just get married like different-sex couples. Back to the story, Mitsuomi's wish to defined the relationship, having open conversations about things and growing old with Yamato... The whole thing was very heartwarming and understandable, it showed that this relationship he has with Yamato means a lot to him. The story flows and spacing in this sequel does go by faster in the last one, but it is not rush tho. We got to see and know a little more about Yamato's life at the orphanage. We even got visited by a character from Tokyo that has an association with Mitsuomi's life back there before returning. Overall good timing on the flow that showed many things in the story. The other characters; I must say bravo, they're all very woke lol. I mean accepting Yamato and Mitsuomi relationship even tho the countryside's pumpkin are usually stereotype and portray as conservative. So bravo for breaking that cause even in the countryside people can be forward thinking and people in the big city can be the opposite too! Honorable mention gotta be Mitsuomi's mother and Harada. I really like that chapter 1-3 is kinda like their own drama and a buildup for the later in chapters. Chapter 4 was amazing written, it was packed with a lot yet it wasn't rushed. The we got chapter 5-6 as closing which was beautifully done as well. In chapter one our main character went to a wedding and some thought started to process here. Mitsuomi after he got home talked to his mom about the rumors. Chapter 2 helping out Kumai family, being lovelydovely, then mentioning about partnership. Chapter 3 got a visitors, I thought he was gonna be a big trouble or a home wrecker and thanks Buddha he wasn't, otherwise I'd be mad af. The art style is good, the character design are very cute and even though I didn't fall in love with the art style but the story is so good I didn't really care lol. The placing of each "box" was well done. When meaningful or emotional scene got big planel/box is great for converting feelings, which I like. I usually don't give criticism to something I like a lot but I do find it necessary that we can see things from many perspective! The little scene Mitsuomi had with the girl from the wedding ... I don't understand why she was there? Like that was the point with him meeting her again? I could have been use for some thing else... But you know what, I actually like it cause the conversation Mitsuomi had with her reflected his character and his way for thinking. It also showed us as readers that our Mitsuomi fron the prequel has grown up and indeed he is a "properly a Buddhist shop's son". In that one sentence we got reminded about his dad's business, their religion and his roll as a son. Mitsuomi used to be "ashamed" about that but now he talks that way and got that comment. In conclusion I gave it 5/5 cause I purely and simply love the characters, the storyline, the plot and the dialogue very much!
